For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are over the age of 16 years old.

Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details if you enter a correct e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability.

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the checkout page and will be debited when you place your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.

All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT.

Unfortunately, due to the fresh nature of our products, lengthy periods of time spent in transit can cause the quality of our flowers to deteriorate. As a result, there are restrictions on the following postcodes:
Unable to deliver to: AB, DD6 – DD11, EH35 – EH36, FK14, FK17 – FK21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27 – KA28, KW, KY9 – KY16, PA20 – PA80, PH6 – PH99, TR21 – TR25, ZE.

Cancelling your order

For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However this does not apply to certain items which we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you. It also does not apply to perishable goods. 

We’ll try our best to cancel an order if you let us know by telephone before it’s been dispatched. Once your order has left us, however, it can’t be cancelled.


Flowers are a natural product and availability cannot always be guaranteed. We try our best to keep the range on our site up to date with seasonal availability but sometimes the exact bloom pictured is not available.

Shoud the exact bloom not be available we will substitute it with a flower of comparable style, quality, and cost. If this isn’t possible we’ll contact you to let you know.

Refunds and returns

We want you – and whoever you’re sending flowers to – to be 100% happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied please get in touch and we will try our best to put it right.

Due to the perishable nature of many products you are advised to make any complaint within 2 working days of the delivery date of your products. 

Flowers and Plants can only be returned if found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
